Biodynamic Demeter certification for this unique Parmesan which is made exclusively from Rossa Reggiana breed milk, known for its high-digestibility properties. The cows are raised following biodynamic agriculture principles, in a closed-cycle farm where their welfare is the top priority and they only feed from organic products from the farm itself.

The "Vacche Rosse" (Red Cows) milk is perfect for obtaining a high quality Parmigiano Reggiano: it contains noble proteins, it is rich in calcium and polyunsaturated fats with a low cholesterol content.
